The service
Traivu is a personal travel organisation tool offered by Xavier DE Verdonces Román. You can ask questions or report issues at support@deverdonces.com. This website presents the app and provides legal and support information; it does not process bookings or charge for travel.
Feature availability depends on the app version, device, iOS, permissions and connected services. Apple Intelligence requires a compatible device and an available model. Network features need a connection; without one, you can view content already saved locally, subject to each feature’s limitations.
Responsible use and content
Use Traivu lawfully, without interfering with its operation or attempting to access other people’s data. Only import or share documents, photos and personal data when you have the right to do so. You retain the rights that apply to the content you provide; using Traivu does not transfer its ownership to the developer.
The app organises information you enter or choose to import. Review dates, time zones, addresses, names, booking references and amounts before relying on them. Keep an independent copy of the documents you need for travel. The vault does not replace the official document, and you may lose access to it if you lose or erase the device’s storage.
Travel data and suggestions
Forecasts, exchange rates, flight positions, routes and suggestions are provided for guidance. They may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Confirm schedules, gates, entry requirements, transport conditions and bookings with official sources and your travel providers. Conversions do not constitute a currency exchange offer or financial advice.
The assistant’s answers and data extracted from documents may contain errors. You decide whether to add them to your itinerary. Traivu does not act as a travel agency or guarantee the availability of places, transport or accommodation. It is also not an emergency service or an aviation navigation service.
Third-party services and materials
Apple, data and photo providers, and the apps you open from Traivu provide their services under their own terms. Third-party photos and other materials retain their authors, licences and attributions. Access through Traivu does not grant additional rights over them.
Sharing or exporting creates copies outside Traivu. Review the recipient and the destination service’s settings, especially if you use shared calendars or folders. The privacy policy explains the data communicated by each integration.
App licence and intellectual property
The design, code and original materials are protected by their owners’ rights. You may view this website and use the app within the applicable licence. Downloading from the App Store is subject to Apple’s terms and the licence agreement shown on its listing; where no specific agreement is provided, Apple’s standard licence applies.
Publishing a code repository does not, by itself, grant a licence to reuse it. The licence included in the repository must be followed. Third-party trademarks are mentioned to identify their services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Traivu.
Issues, changes and legal rights
If a feature fails or you find incorrect information, contact support. Efforts will be made to correct issues and keep service information up to date. Features may evolve; significant changes and, where applicable, their terms will be communicated by appropriate means before they take effect.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law or reduce your rights as a consumer, including any applicable statutory guarantees and remedies. Spanish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection rules or the competent courts available to you in your place of residence.
